Look for another Adult Study with Terry in the Fall of 2010.

To return to the United Church of Ludlow website, click here.

IF you are here to see the Christianity Today article, “Journey to the Center,” that Terry referenced in his guest sermon on March 21, 2010, click here. (In a week or two, I will remove this red-letter link. But you will still be able to access this article: it is listed along the right-hand side, the last item under the “Pages” category. See it?)

Here’s how to use this site. Notes from each session will be listed as a separate “page” along the right hand edge, under “Pages.” Typical titles will look something like this: “First Creation Story 10/13/09.” Click on the title of the session you’re interested in and the information will pop up. And if you feel inclined to leave a comment or reflection for others to read, you’ll find a comment box or link at the end of the session material where you can type your message. When you are done, hit “submit.”

Your comments will not appear on the blog site until I approve them. I’m putting in that delay because blogs are subject to “trolls.” Trolls are people who go trolling through the blogosphere leaving dumb or nasty comments. Since this is a church blog, we don’t want to give self-indulgent trolls any opportunity to assault our members and visitors.

Supplemental material.  Sometimes, I may post some supplemental material on a recent session. If so, you’ll find supplemental information for a session posted in the “Pages” as, for example: “Supplemental 10/13/09.”

At other times, I might post material for an upcoming session. That will be posted in “Pages” as, for example: “Supplements for 10/27/09.” The word “for” is your clue that it’s being posted for an upcoming session. If there is no “for” in the title, you know it’s supplemental to a previous session.

Notification of new material. If you’d like to be notified when I’ve posted new material, leave your email. If you are a member of the church group, you can give it to me in person or email it to me at my personal email address. If you are a visitor, leave it on the site and I’ll add you to my list.

Or, you can select the site for RSS Feed. When you do that, your email program will automatically alert you that a new post has taken place on the blog. (You will have to look in your RSS folder on your email program.)
